Pressing Instructions:
Cotton Blend: Press at 305 degrees with Teflon or parchment paper with medium to high pressure for 10 seconds. Let cool peel off. Cover again and press for 10 more seconds.
Polyester Bend: Press at 280 degrees with Teflon or parchment paper with medium to high pressure for 15 seconds. Let cool peel off. Cover again and press for 15 more seconds.

Cleaning Instructions:
Turn your apparel inside out.
Machine wash cold
For best results use a mild, with no bleach, no whitening/brightening detergent. Examples are No Bleach, No OxiClean, No Fabric Softeners etc..
Tumble dry low or hang to dry.
Never iron over any design.
